We help our customers to conserve energy by use of thermal energy audits and implanting the recommended repairs. Most repairs are simple seals, caulking, weather-stripping, or insulation. We also offer new windows, doors, or high efficiency A/C and heat.

We help our customers to produce green energy through the installation of wind generators, solar power systems (photovoltaic), passive solar, and solar water heaters.

We work closely with local utilities to maximize savings to customers. We use utility rebates, state and federal tax credits, and government grants to maximize the savings to our customers.

Federal and state incentives are available for the purchase and installation of solar energy equipment. These rebates combined with incentives from local utilities can help individuals recover a significant portion of the cost of alternative solar energy systems.

Significant rebates for commercial and residential renewable energy systems are available. But act now. These rebates won’t last forever. Financing a renewable energy system is fairly easy. Tri State Solar and Wind will usually accept the utility payment, assigned to them, as the final payment on a residential system. The remainder, 50% to 70% of the total price, can be paid in cash or through one of the following financing options.

Same As Cash (SAC) - This allows the owner to finance the system with no finance charges as long as the balance is paid off within the period of time contracted for. In case it is needed, this can be converted to a term loan at the end of the base period.

Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit - These loans are available with terms of 10 to 25 years and interest rates starting at about 5.5%.

Personal Loan or Line of Credit - This is often available with terms of 5 to 15 years and interest rates starting at about 6%
